OVERVIEW

AAnvey TubingLink™ DPG‑45 is a cable‑free downhole pressure monitoring system for PCP wells, packer‑isolated completions, and long‑term production surveillance. It delivers real‑time bottomhole pressure and temperature from the tubing or annulus side without any electrical conductors, control lines, or wellhead penetrations.

A permanent‑magnet generator in the downhole sub harvests mechanical energy from the rotating drive system and powers a piezoresistive, temperature‑compensated sensor in an oil‑filled, isolated cavity. Measured pressure and temperature are transmitted acoustically through the tubing wall to a clamp‑on surface receiver.

At surface, the receiver decodes the acoustic signal and outputs data via MODBUS serial communication, ready to be polled by PLCs, RTUs, VFD panels, or SCADA systems.
