     The Dyra‑Valve™ System is ANVEY’s advanced cementable sleeve technology engineered for modern horizontal wells where safety, precision, and formation protection are essential. Installed as part of the casing or liner and cemented at strategic measured depths, Dyra‑Valves™ eliminate the need for perforating guns and the formation damage associated with shaped‑charge perforations.

Each sleeve contains engineered flow slots manufactured from special alloys with intelligent protective coatings, delivering twice the flow area of conventional wireline or CT perforations. This ensures superior connectivity, reduced skin, and improved long‑term productivity.

Activation is performed using the Uniserve™ tool, deployed on coiled tubing. The tool locates each sleeve using a casing‑collar locator, anchors inside the Dyra‑Valve™, and uses annulus pressure to shear screws and shift the internal mandrel—cleanly exposing the flow slots. If a sleeve refuses to open, the integrated hydra‑jet system creates perforations instantly, ensuring stimulation or production can proceed without delay.
