The ANVEY HSRS is a next-generation hydraulic sucker rod stroker designed to deliver maximum production with minimum downtime. Engineered for fast installation, flexible stroke control, and superior gas-lock mitigation, the HSRS system replaces conventional beam pump jacks with a compact, intelligent, and SCADA-ready hydraulic unit.

At its core is a long-stroke hydraulic cylinder (up to 28 ft / 336 inches) with an integrated polished rod and pack-off assembly, eliminating the need for stuffing boxes and guide wires. The stroker mounts directly on the wellhead, reducing footprint and installation time to under 12 hours. Its robust construction withstands high winds and harsh fluids (acid, steam, condensate), making it ideal for onshore, thermal, SAGD, and high-GOR wells.

The system is powered by a bunded skid-mounted Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), which includes a prime mover, PLC controller, cooling system, and real-time pressure monitoring. With automated speed control, live suction chamber data, and inbuilt circulation lines, the HSRS actively prevents gas lock and optimizes pump performance across changing well conditions.
