HYMA-Frac FRAC TOOL

Overview

High‑efficiency, resettable straddle‑packer system for selective zonal stimulation

The HYMA‑Frac™ is ANVEY’s next‑generation compression‑ and hydraulically‑set straddle packer system, engineered for multi‑stage stimulation in a single run. Built on a compact, deviation‑friendly architecture, HYMA‑Frac™ delivers precise zonal isolation, rapid resetting, and dependable retrievability—making it a powerful tool for hydro‑fracturing, acidizing, water‑flooding, and chemical injection operations. It can be deployed with connected tubes or coiled tubing likewise

Its dual‑element sealing system, combined with a robust mechanical and hydraulic equalization path, ensures balanced pressures across the tool, enabling smooth deployment, secure setting, and effortless retrieval. The absence of shear screws in the hydraulic section enhances reliability and allows the tool to be fully resettable, even after multiple stimulation cycles.

Designed for deviated, vertical, horizontal, shallow, and deep wells, HYMA‑Frac™ brings the operational flexibility of a modular stimulation system with the ruggedness required for harsh downhole environments. Whether the objective is selective zone treatment or multi‑interval stimulation, HYMA‑Frac™ provides a cost‑effective, field‑proven solution for modern well intervention programs.

Why choose hymafrac

Precision isolation. Multi‑zone flexibility. Reliable retrievability.

1. Multi‑stage stimulation in a single run

HYMA‑Frac™ enables repeated set‑reset cycles, allowing operators to treat multiple zones without pulling out of hole—significantly reducing operational time and cost.

2. Compact, slim, and deviation‑friendly

The short, streamlined design ensures smooth passage through doglegs and deviated sections, maintaining tool integrity and operational confidence.

3. Balanced pressure equalization

A dedicated mechanical and hydraulic equalization system stabilizes pressures across both sealing elements, simplifying running, setting, and retrieval.

4. No shear screws in the hydraulic section

The hydraulic mechanism is fully resettable, eliminating shear‑related failure modes and improving long‑term reliability.

5. Mechanical disconnect for contingency

In the event of an unexpected stuck‑string scenario, the mechanical disconnect protects the work string. The packer can be milled to re‑establish wellbore access.

6. No frac cups — more durability, easier running

By eliminating frac cups, HYMA‑Frac™ offers a more robust design with improved trip‑in performance and reduced risk of cup damage.

7. Compression‑set hanging assembly

The mechanical hanging assembly sets through compression—no rotation required—making it ideal for deviated and horizontal wells.

8. Versatile applications

Perfect for:

  • Hydro‑fracturing
  • Acid stimulation
  • Water‑flooding
  • Chemical injection
  • Selective zonal treatments
  • Multi‑interval stimulation programs
